Article 1 - Purpose
These terms and conditions govern sales made by C.H. LTD. Customer service is available by email at contact@allomoteur.com from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or via WhatsApp at +33 6 38 71 66 54.
Article 2 - Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping costs. If you are ordering from a country outside the European Union, you are the importer of the products concerned, and customs duties or other local taxes may be payable. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of C.H. LTD and are your sole responsibility in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities in your country. We advise you to check with these local authorities.
All orders are payable in euros. C.H. LTD reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated, subject to availability. Products remain the property of C.H. LTD until full payment is received. As soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.
Article 3 - Orders
You can place an order by bank transfer.
To pay on our website, please follow these steps: select your part, add it to your cart, click on "view cart" to see your order summary, select the desired warranty, and then click on "payment" to be redirected to our secure payment page to complete your payment.
Article 4 - Order Confirmation
Any order placed on the allomoteur.com website implies acceptance, without exception or reservation, of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Order confirmation implies your full and complete agreement to these terms and conditions.
After delivery of the engine, any handling or use of it by the customer constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the risks and potential damages associated with its use. Consequently, our company declines all responsibility for any damage, defect, or loss related to the use of the engine once it has been handled or used.
Allomoteur.com declines all responsibility for delivered items once the customer has received them. We will not issue a refund or exchange.
Article 5 - Transfer of Risk
As soon as the customer takes physical possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to them. This provision aims to clarify product safety responsibilities and ensure mutual understanding between C.H. LTD and the customer.
Details and Implications:
Time of Transfer of Risk: The transfer of risk occurs precisely when the customer takes physical possession of the products. This may include receiving the products at the specified delivery address or any other location agreed upon by the parties.
Customer Responsibilities: Once the products are delivered to the customer, the customer becomes responsible for their safety and integrity. Any loss, damage, or deterioration occurring after taking possession is the customer's responsibility.
Consequences of Problems: If the products exhibit damage or defects after the transfer of risk, C.H. LTD cannot be held liable. It is the customer's responsibility to take all necessary measures to ensure the preservation of the products.
Delivery and Inspection: The customer is advised to conduct a thorough inspection of the products upon receipt. If any problems are encountered, the customer must immediately inform C.H. LTD so that any issues can be resolved.
Legal Consequences: The transfer of risk is also legally significant. This provision aligns with standard business practices and complies with the general principles governing the liability of parties in a commercial transaction.
By including this clause in its general terms and conditions of sale, C.H. LTD aims to establish a clear basis for the allocation of risk between the parties. The customer is advised to read this provision carefully and take the necessary steps to ensure the protection of the products once in their possession. C.H. LTD remains available for any clarification or further assistance the customer may require regarding this provision.
Article 6 - Order Tracking
Each order placed on the allomoteur.com website is accompanied by a tracking number assigned by the designated carrier. This tracking number allows the customer to track their order in real time from our warehouse to its final destination.
Details and Procedure:
Tracking Number: Upon order confirmation, a unique tracking number is assigned to each shipment. This number is generally provided to the customer by email or via other specified communication channels.
Designated Carrier: C.H. LTD collaborates with reputable carriers to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of products. The name of the carrier associated with each order is specified during the checkout process.
Real-Time Tracking: The tracking number allows the customer to track their order's progress in real time on the carrier's website. Regular updates regarding the location and delivery status are available through this unique number.
Delivery Information: In addition to the tracking number, logistical details, such as the estimated delivery date and carrier information, are also provided to the customer to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
This approach aims to enhance the transparency of the logistics process and offer customers an efficient way to track their order's progress until delivery.
C.H. LTD remains committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
